The firm changed partners again when Marino Ivo Bonciani died on 11 April 1940, replaced by Graziella Benincasa, Bonciani’s widow. The company had also received various awards for its work: the Cascina Municipality Award in 1906, the Cascina Campionaria Grand Prix in 1922, the Lucca Biennale Exhibition Grand Prix in 1926, the Tripoli Exposition Grand Prix in 1927.
