It details a Christian scene in bold and vibrant colours in a modern depiction of Jesus being laid in the tomb.
This stained glass window is attributed to Charles W. Florence, an artist and former Principal Teacher of Art at the high school in the burgh town of Buckie on the north Scottish coast. It is comprised of 3 individual panels which together create an impressive arched window that stands at almost 3 metres tall. Today, it is a stunning feature for a sympathetically decorated converted chapel or ecclesiastical building, looking striking on its own or paired with the other stained glass windows from the church in Glenlivet. We have a total of five windows from the church, some of which are signed and dated.
Stained glass window is made up of 3 individual glass panels.
