The circular charger is well potted on a low foot.
It is hand decorated in varying shades of under-glaze cobalt blue, then hand enameled with blue, red, burnt orange, yellow, green and grey colors with additional hand gilded detail. The pattern depicts a central stylized flower design within a circular border design, surrounded by six (three sets of two designs) alternating panels of a stylized flower and flowers in a garden setting with a fence and other symbols. The pattern is very well painted and gilded.
The reverse is hand decorated with three sets of floral sprigs in cobalt blue with four blue circles around the foot rim.
The base is marked with an impressed two character mark which is probably the makers mark.
No damage or restoration.
