Vintage Design
Rare cantilever armchair designed by Toon de Wit for Gebroeders (Brothers) De Wit, 1940s. These De Wit tubular chairs are very comfortable to sit in. This is an old version from the late forties with flip-up armrests that are flat in the front and rise in the back. The seat and back have been reupholstered with beige Manchester corduroy fabric. Materials: The frame is made of chromed iron and the seat and back are made of wood covered with beige corduroy upholstery and the armrests are made of bakelite. Dimensions: h x w x d = 78 x 56 x 65 cm. The seat height is 42 cm, and the seat depth is 45 cm.
