19th Century Chalkware Horse Statue

Majestic chalkware horse statue. Very detailed. You can see the muscles on its back, legs, neck, and face, and the tail details. The ground that the horse is on shows the natural unevenness and even has a foot on a mound of earth as it raises the other front leg. Some crazing and paint chipping due to age, but in excellent condition. A few minor surface cracks and several repairs, but still beautiful. No markings that we can see. Cream and black. Made some time in the 1800’s.
