Ornate Neoclassical Marble-Top Console Table and Mirror With Inlay and Brass

This stunning set is covered in amazing accents. Numerous brass ormolu designs abound on both table and mirror. Small round porcelain plaques depict scenes of baroque individuals on the table and flowers on the mirror. A brass finial sits on the bottom as an extra flourish. The mirror is topped with an ornate design centered with a beautiful woman set on a blueish-green backdrop. Both mirror and table have strips of lighter inlaid wood in the rich darker brown. The substantial marble top, which is separate from the table, is a neutral off white/cream with various veins and shades of gray and accents of pink and brown.

The table is not large and would therefore go well in an entryway, foyer or hallway. The mirror, which is large and beveled glass, is heavy and would require a solid method of hanging.

Marked as made in Spain, the maker is not listed, but appears very similar to those made by H&L Epstein.
